All sales are final: Hot Starters does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Delays in shipping

• Minor cosmetic variations

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect due to our error, please contact us at fire@hotstarters.com within five business days after delivery. While refunds are not offered, we are happy to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
